Super Bad service

Worst Service Ever , they charge for service rendered but never did the work and still had the audacity to show the client that they did put the coolant , and she asked the still brought the mechanic to show her where the coolant was put in only to find out that it was never in the car , and when we called to say that there is no coolant in the car , they came with an excuse that the car was hot so that they could not do it but yet already took her money , we have been dealing for more than a week with the matter and should get it finalized hopefully Friday. Then on Friday after they made an appointment for 15h00 to come and sort the issue out they call at 16h30 and inform us that they will not be able to do it , but because it is such a messy Job they need to do it in the workshop .
