Sub par after sale service from Kia Rustenburg

Kia (Rustenburg specifically) does not communicate nor does it provide same day service for broken down cars that are still on maintenance plan.

My mother was left stranded as they said providing transport for her was a favour.

After phoning Kia SA, I am still holding on the line after speaking to Queen. It's been 12min and counting.

This is sub par service!
