On the 09/06/2015 I took my Kia Cerato for 30 000 Km service in Kia Motors Randfontein. I was playing music through my USB memory stick in the car. when I fetched the car, the music was no longer playing via the memory stick but the CD was playing.<br> Due to load shedding I was told to come and fetch the service report on Friday, I then complained that my memory stick is lost. the lady promised to call me after she asked the mechanic guy after the June16 holiday. to day I received a call and the guy by the name of Frick Coetzee who identified himself as the service, manager told me there is nothing he can do as he asked the service guys but no one knew anything.<br> so does he mean my stuff can get lost and there is nothing he can do? no recourse no redress. Frick Coetzee is arrogant and had no regard for my complain.<br> please assist.<br>
