Still waiting for the report from Kia

The Kia Rio sedan was bought on the 06/10/2017 (this was my third new car that I bought at the Upington dealer) Douglas Springbok was the sales person. • In November 2017 the car’s rear side start too swift around on the road and I report it to the dealership. The dealership’s response was that it was only my imagination and I see it as insult. • During 2018 when I replace the four tyres with new once including the balancing and wheel alignment I realize that the back left tyre start to worn-out on the outer side of the wheel. I went to the salesman Douglas Springbok and report the matter. The dealership sent the vehicle Kia Rio sedan with registration number CRH411NC to the tyre fitment centre Fit It Upington for a wheel alignment. The outcome from Fit It was that there was nothing wrong with the wheel alignment. I referred the dealership to Etienne Hutting also a Kia Rio sedan owner who had the same problem with the rear axle of his Kia Rio sedan who had an argument with the Kia Upington dealership. The dealership later replaced his Kia Rio sedan’s rear axle. • After consistent arguments and test by the Kia Upington dealership they load the complaint and replaced the rear axle of my Kia Rio sedan on 24 October 2018. • I replaced the worn-out tyre's including the balancing and wheel alignment done on my Kia Rio sedan in March 2019 after the rear axle was replaced and discovered that the left back Tyre also start to worn out in June/July 2019. • I took my Kia Rio sedan to Tiger Wheel & Tyre for a wheel alignment in July 2019 as I thought it might be the issue and they did not find anything wrong with the wheel alignment. • I immediately report the Tyre to the Kia Upington dealership in July 2019, the mechanic said it might be the wheel bearings and they booked the vehicle for inspection at the workshop in July 2019. • The mechanic checked the wheel bearings but could not find anything wrong on the vehicle and took pictures of my Kia Rio sedan’s left and right back tyre's, axle and told me that he will share it with management who will deal with the matter. • After the inspection I did not anything from Kia Upington and do a follow up and they came back after three weeks and took my Kia Rio sedan to Fit It on Friday 23 August 2019 for a wheel alignment but Fit It also find nothing wrong with the wheel alignment. • Fit It draw up a report stating that the different Tyre pressures was the fault of which I disagree as I’m still driving with the worn-out Tyre as I am afraid to replace it with my spare wheel who is still in a good condition. • Attached find the reports from Tyger Wheel & Tyre as well as Fit It Upington. I am official done with Kia Upington and I do not what this car anymore in the beginning I told the sales person that something is wrong with this car. He felt that because I am a woman in know nothing about cars. I hope I will get a response my next step will be the consumer court. The above letter i wrote to Kia Customer care! Status Update. Good Day Mrs. McKay, Trust you are well. The report will be provided 7-10 working days after inspection. The Technical Analyst has advised that no fault was found on inspection, however, a formal and a finalized report will be provided in due course. 5November 2019 Current Status i had to put a new Tyre on again because it is warn out this is the second new Tyre in 2 months yet Kia feels nothing is wrong with the car. i tweeted the pictures and the wheel alignment report that says the alignment is correct. i also have the first report from the Upington dealer that says my wind of the tyre's are off that is why only one Tyre wear and tare and the other 3 is fine and that does not makes sense at all. My warranty is close to running out and i feel the dealer is purposely delaying everything and my safety of myself and family mean nothing to them.
