STAY AWAY from this dealership. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE!

This is probably the worst dealership in the country! They took 3 weeks to identify what the problem was with my Kia Sorento. Then I get a call to tell me that they have BLOCKED OFF the faulty part to save me R24000. When I told them that the vehicle was still under warantee they were taken aback! It took them 2 weeks to replace the part. The first weekend I had the vehicle back it would not start 'cause the battery was flat. It turns out that they REPLACED my battery with an old, smaller one whilst it was being repaired. As the vehicle was still leaking oil, it then transpires that they did not replace the sump seal but had INVOICED Kia SA for the repair. It has now been over a month to get a call to book the vehicle in to get this repaired. When I phoned them yesterday to remind them about the repair, I was told that they will phone me back. Yeah, right!
