Standard car key

I am purchasing a i10 from Hyundai according to my knowledge I am supposed to receive the standard key with the central locking and unlocking of car and alarm ain't this correct I received two normal keys that look like spares and no one is giving me feedback I am being referred to different people all the time o want the original key or I am not taking the car <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Imperial Select Multi Franchise to Kia Stellenbosch by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
