Spare keys for Vehicle purchased from Imperial Select UHM

I took out a vehicle at the Imperial Select franchise in Uhmlanga, everything did go well. However the after sales services are not up to standard, this is because I was not given the spare keys to the vehicle. After several emails sent to the sales rep asking for the spare keys, he stated that he had given me the spare keys, which was definitely not the case as I have witnesses that no spare keys was given to me. The sales rep was being persistent that it was given to me and not even stated that he gave it to me. Til this day I have not received any word or response and it has almost been a year. This was an unprofessional experience and at the end I do need the spare keys for the vehicle. If someone could assist me with regards to this matter and provide some positive feedback, I would highly appreciate it.
