Spare keys

I bought a Kia Rio 1.2 2016 model at Kia Randburg in June 2017 and I havent received the spare keys. Every time when call to ask about them they tell me they have ordered them and will call me to collect them. Till to this date I havent received them. Please help me to get my spare keys
