Spare key nightmare

I purchased my pre-owned car at Kia Randburg at the beginning of 2021. I have been promised a spare key for 6 months and there has been constant promising and delays but no action. I dealt with a salesman that just brushed me off when I ask for it and there has been no reply on my messages or mails. I have made numerous trips to the dealership to ask for the spare key. I am extremely disappointed in their service.
