Spare key dilemma.

I bought a ix35 and was told spare key will be provided later as it was sent to repair. I kept calling and sent from hall to hall. I called the sales man who helped me and asked for spare keys and l was told franchise is closed and he is in Randburg. I tried calling him and he only to my first call and ever since he is nowhere to be found. All I need is a my spare key that I paid for.
