Spare Key and Remote that does not work

On 18th Dec I locked my key and remote in my boot while on holiday. We travelled 280 kms round trip to get the spare. Neither the spare key or the remote worked. I had to get a lock smith. The spare key (which had never been taken out of the original packet) was nothing similar to the original. I tried numbers for Kia and none were answered. I emailed them. On 23 Dec they rep**** saying I should take the car and both sets of keys to the dealer that sold me the car, I responded telling them that it was the Isando branch that is no longer there, and asked for further assistance. I have had no further communication,<br> I called the Witbank branch and Deon said he would get me a price on another set. No further communication.<br> While I realise this is the Holiday Season, I am not happy about this lack of service to a customer.
