Sold me a car that is defective

Bought a car from this dealership and they did not tell me that the car was previously in a crash. This has resulted in the car going to Hyundai a couple of times due to a cracked intercooler pipe which is caused by the crash. This causes a loss of power as well as a high fuel consumption. Also, the reverse camera on the car goes on and off. I don't understand how an inspection was done on this car before giving it to me without picking these issues up. Its now left up to me to phone the dealership several times a day and go back and forth for the past few weeks in trying to sort the issues out. Their feedback is atrocious and they are not willing to take responsibility of this issue. The car is currently at Hyundai (arranged by Abbas) and they are not willing to do anything to the car until payment is made to them due to the lack of communication from Kia Durban South to Hyundai (Hyundai is claiming that they didn't know of the issues regarding to the car before bringing it to them). I would caution anybody looking to do business with this dealership to be wary of the above situation and to make sure they know what they are purchasing from this dealership.
