Slow Sloppy Service at KIA Fourways

<p>I booked in my car at Kia Fourways yesterday, I got there at around 10am and the lady who assisted me (Vanessa) told me that they would look at the car and give me feedback, the service at the dealer wasn't that bad as they organised a ride for me to get to work after my car got towed in. Then I saw 4pm approaching and I really need a car, so I ended up being the one calling her and got through to reception when they put me through to Vanessa her line was busy so they took my contact details and said that she will call me. She never did and I ended up calling again, she said that they didn't even look at the car yet and probably will this morning (07.09.16) please follow up for me as this level of service is unacceptable.</p>
