Shocking Service

Shocking service from parts department at Kia Fourways, I requested a quote on a part and gave me details to Dean last week. I still haven;t received my quote. I was asked that i must send them an email with my details after i already gave him all my details telephonically. Very disinterested staff. I'm not going to support the branch in Fourways until this is resolved.
