Shocking service

I have never had such bad service from a business . Kia multi franchise pardon island . They rude never have parts . Never a manager to talk to . Michelle put the phone down on me . Tried calling Fiona at the office jhb and she hasn't bothered calling either . Rude incompetence and unacceptable service . This is the 4 th time I have had this terrible experience
