SH!@#!!!! After Sale Service

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE ALL ROUND FROM KIA!!!!

First of All when purchasing my vehicle they did not give me my spare key, then when I have to go hunting around for it, send multiple mails to the head office with no response.

Then when I book my car in for a service in Boksburg, I have to phone them in the afternoon to ask if it is ready only to find out in the Afternoon they haven't even serviced it yet and that they not sure if it must or must not be serviced.

I am FURIOUS, the after service of KIA MOTORS is SH@#@$#!!!!!!!!

And there are no contact numbers you get passed from one person to the next!
