Service Very poor

My car (Kia Rio 2011) was towed to Kia workshop in kempton park(02-02-2015) as i have been taking it there for service since i bought it, due to mechanical problem it has mix water and oil and since then i haven't heard solid feedback from them and Pieter(Branch manager) mentioned that \he is doing me a favour to fix my car that's if he ll fix it"and he said he is now getting upset because i call them everyday"
