Service plan issue

I bought a vehicle from Kia Hillcrest in October/November 2016. The previous owner had traded it in and decided to sign the service book himself. Kia Hillcrest agreed to issue a new service book showing the 15K and 30K services with their stamp. I signed an HP agreement and was asked if I wanted to extend my service plan for 2 years. I agreed as it would then cover the 45k and 60 k Services.

Shortly after taking delivery of the Picanto I received a promotional call asking me about extending my service plan as according to the data base only the 30K and 45K service was covered.

One Saturday in March 2017 I decided to call on Kia Hillcrest to sort out the issue only to find the whole building was empty and being revamped. Kia Hillcrest was closed.

I then called on Kia Pinetown Dealer Principal who was inundated with problems connected to Hillcrest.

She said she would sort it out for me. I am still waiting and she has now been moved to Durban.

She did state I should not worry as Kia is not going anywhere as they are part of the Imperial Select Group. NOT GOING ANYWHERE BUT NOT DOING ANYTHING EITHER

There is a "Restructuring amendment debit" showing on my MFC agreement for R1 160.94 which I did not authorise. I am not sure if it is linked to my service agreement.

regards

Carla Jacobs
