Service not done

Took my car for 15K service, just got the car. On the invoice they claim they have rotated they tyres (as I requested) they have confirmed it was done but it was not. They claimed they changed the pollen filter, and check it has flies (it has not been changed). They did not change the oil nor the filter, and they also claim they have checked and inspected brake pads, and my tyres were not removed (I wonder if they do inspection with tyres on). When picking up the car I found the cover for the rain sensors on the seat (used as a disguised of course) and had to call the technician for it to be replaced. WOOOWWW!!! this dealer is CLASSIC!!!
