SERVICE CENTRE AT KIA FOUNDATIONS PRETORIA IS TERRIBLE

Am i the only one that receives extremely terrible service at KIA Foundations Pretoria at the service centre?

Last year around this time i took my car for a service on a Saturday , my car came back more dirtier than it was. My service book was not stamped, i had to ask if they can stamp it for me. A week later i went to a garage to put fuel and i just happened to ask the petrol attended to check my oil gauge and he told me that my car must be due for a service because the oil is dirty.

I called them to find out why the oil is dirty while it had done a service. They said they will find out and call me back until today a year later i have not heard anything.

Ok fine, my car is due for a service again this month. I called asking for quote and i was told the line is busy they would call me back and that did not happen. A week later i called again, and i was given an email to send my request and a day later i have not received anything no response whatsoever from them.

I don think this is right. Someone help here
