service book

I have bought a car last year in November at Kia Motors in Randburg, till date I didn't get my car's service. When I asked about it on my first service in Jan this year, I have been told it will be delivered to my workplace of which it didn't happen. I even fought with the manager(Bradley); they are not bothering to do any follow ups on the service book. I called in last week the salesperson(Sonto) have told the manager that she has given me the book of which it is absolute lies. Your assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks, Mapule.
