Service

Took my Picanto for a service with them. Asked for a standard mileage service and then asked them to focus only brakes- I was told that all of the brakes were fine. 1 brake globe was still not fixed. One week later my back brakes act up and I take them to a place where they can get checked. (NOT KIA)- one side of the brake was completely flat/finished and the other side was slightly thicker. They told me that all my brakes ere okay when I collected my car.

ALL they manager said was - 'SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE'- when i think of the amount of money I spent there in good faith of a great service that they failed to deliver.

I will NEVER go back to Randfontein. Choose Roodepoort if you can
