Seni @ Kia Durban South

I was on holiday on the South Coast of KZN when one of my headlights blew on my VW Polo, the day before I was leaving to return to Gauteng. I managed to get a globe at an auto spares shop, but was not able to get it fitted (2 people tried for an hour). I Googled for VW dealerships and found one in Amanzimtoti, so on the morning of my departure I drove to where Google advised me the dealership was - but the building was empty! I was feeling anxious as I had my 81-year old mother with me, and needed to get on the road. I drove around the area and found Kia Durban South. I went in to Service Reception and asked if they would be able to assist. Seni Moodley came, and thirty seconds later, the globe was in and my lights were working! I nearly kissed him!! Friendly, helpful service, and no charge. What a pleasure to deal with this gentleman. Thank you so much for helping two old ladies, one of whom was feeling anxious and more than a little overwhelmed.
