Seal the deal and we no longer care what happens 😢

After purchasing a used Kia Seltos with Kia Empangeni, I have been reporting issues I am coming across with the vehicle fully understanding that thus is highly possible since it had a previous driver and most have solved to my satisfaction but lately it seems as though Kia Empangeni is in the process of cutting costs and not willing to help. I’ve reported a rattling a long time ago but every time it’s always a matter of “ try this or that and drive and see what happens “ and it’s now gotten to a point where it is assumed that the panel beaters may have possibly caused this rattling as the last complaint was blame shifted to the panel beaters. There has been lack of urgency in my matter nor any help to look into this matter. I am highly disappointed as this vehicle is new to me and the rattling is a huge irritation and inconvenience on my part
