After taking my Cerato in to KIA Weltevredenpark for faulty shock absorbers, their "inspection" apparently showed no issue. I took the car to KIA Roodepoort and they did a proper, thorough inspection, and found that my front shocks were very warn, with the one showing very visible signs of wear and tear. It is now being sorted through warranty.

Thank you KIA Roodepoort for taking your job seriously, if I had blindly believed KIA Weltevredenpark, I may have in future been in a fatal accident due to an unstable vehicle.
