Richard from KIA ALBERTON Gave me the best service

I had a breakdown on Sunday, my car was taken to KIA first thing Monday morning, I called KIA to find out the progress on the car, Richard explained to me that they are fully booked for Monday my car will be checked on Tuesday, to my surprise Monday afternoon Richard called me to tell me what the problem was, he managed to squeeze my car in because I told him I didn't have transport, he told me what exactly was the problem and he ordered the parts that came in on Tuesday, they worked on my car as soon as the parts came through and I the afternoon I got a call from him telling me that the car was ready, I went to fetch it, I promise you when I got there he greeted me with a smile and explained everything to me and gave me tips on how to handle my car he even carried my laptop bag to the car and showed me everything that was done on the car with a smile. I must say, this is the first time I ever left KIA with a smile, I never knew about KIA Alberton, but now I know and that's where my car will be going for service, I have never been happy with KIA boksburg I was even loosing faith n KIA but Richard from KIA Alberton made me love KIA again.
