Review for Kia SA and Kia Northcliff dealership

@Kia SA has been unhelpful regarding the issues my parents faced with the car they purchased from Kia Northcliff. No proper investigation was conducted, and they merely re**** on the dealership's response, which falsely claimed my parents were lying. Despite providing evidence to support our case, Kia customer service never responded. It feels like they are covering up the dealership's ****s. What is the point of customer care if complaints are simply brushed off?

The representative who assisted us did her best, but there was no thorough investigation into our concerns. My parents bought a Kia from the Northcliff dealership in September, only to discover that the car had last been checked or serviced in April. They were sold an unserviced and unchecked car, which eventually broke down due to this negligence.

Before the breakdown, my parents reported a strange sound to the dealership, but they were sent back with assurances that the car was fine. As my mother drove home that evening, the car started malfunctioning. My parents reported the issue on the 17th and 18th, but were turned away and told to wait for their service date. This was pure negligence, as they could have scheduled an earlier service but instead sent my mother away with an unsafe vehicle.
