Replaceing parts with used parts

I bought a demo model KIA Cerato Hatch, in perfect condition from KIA Germiston in 2013<br> When I picked up the car, the sales lady took me through the ropes, of which one was showing the spare tyre was brand new. This was a fresh memory because I am single and always afraid of getting stuck with a flat tyre. I was not concerned because I had a brand new spare tyre which came standard with the vehicle.<br> <br> December 2014, I got a flat tyre and when taking out my spare, found it had a ***** in. My vehicle has only been serviced by this dealer, no other had the opportunity to work on my car. Who else could have exchanged the tyre except for the dealer.<br> <br> The service manager had the audacity to tell me that the vehicle was not issued with that brand of tyre ?? Really what a load of lies. Logging the complaint, I knew I was not going to find a satisfactory response from the dealer principal. His staff is loaded with integrity and will never ***** from anyone. JA RIGHT !!!<br> <br> I wish to warn all KIA drivers to avoid this branch if you require service of any kind, your can never be sure that you are getting back what you paid for. Woman are the unsuspecting targets it seems.
