Repair of vehicle defects

Still no feedback on all my e-mails and phone calls made to Kia SA, Mr Brendan Braaf. Is this what we call customer service. Since December 2014 no feedback or response from Kia SA. This was my fourth Kia and now a RIO and also my last one. Never! Never! Never! again will I buy a Kia again Mr Brendan Braaf. <br> Once they got your money, there is no more service and care. <br> Going back to Daihatsu Terios or Volkswagen again.
