repair of the hooter

I have taken my Kia Sportage to the Glen for hooter repair what a surprise the service consultant Stefanie's attitude is terrible (stings) she told me to leave the car for repairs and will call me during the day. Guess what this lady didn't phone ,the car stayed for 5 day at Kia workshop until I decided to go personally. She told me this is not her problem and doesn't know who sold this car to me. I have explained that there are new people the lady that sold me this car left. What a pity because she got paid through me as customer.
