Really bad service from Kia Motors Paarden Eiland

I initially took my car in to be serviced at Kia Paarden Eiland the 27 June 2016 for the 30 000kl service. My car is on 28 800kl give or take. Tezlyn Naidoo was the initial service advisor who booked my car in.
After collecting my car and driving it back to my office I noticed that there was a knocking sound coming from my engin. I gave it 2 days then I called Tezlyn stating my concerns. I was told to bring my car in for inspection which I did Thursday the 30 June 2016. Jody inspected my car and after checking I was told that my v-belt and circular pulley will need to be replaced. The parts was ordered and I brought my car in on Tuesday 19 July 2016 for the said parts to be replaced. On starting my car in the parking lot to be driven from there, I noticed that the knocking sound was still there. I went back into the service advisor who was Faye and explained to her. Jody again inspected my car and I was told that the belt had gotten wet when my car was washed and that's why that sound was there. Before leaving i spoke to Tezlyn and told her i am not satisfied with what he told me and she then stated it is a new belt i must give it tim. 2 days after and the sound still did not disappeared.

I did not receive a response to the email I sent to Tezlyn dated 21 July 2016 so I contacted the manager Jody. Who really didn't assist me that well.

My car was then booked in again on the 28th July 2016 and stayed over until the 29th July 2016. I was told my the service advisor Faye that the engine settings on my car was reset but the service technician doesn't know what is actually wrong with my car. It's still speculation. I was told I can come and fetch my car that day - Friday the 29th July 2016 - but my car still isn't fixed. My car will need to be booked in again and I will be given a complimentary car as my car will need to be kept for 3 days. That was a week ago. I have not heard anything from anyone at Kia Paarden Eiland since then. Not a follow up phone call to inform me of anything. Because I've been driving a car with something wrong with its engine there is now a metal against metal sound.

I am not satisfied with this level of service. Its completely unacceptable. And has really soured my experience with your service department. And Kia Motors in general.

So where does this leave me? What can I do to get my car fixed and an acknowledgment that this happened during the first service. I have this car 3 months and my car has less than 30 000kl on the clock.

What can be done to get the service I deserve?

When I brought my car is for 2nd service there was nothing wrong with my car. So instead of acknowledging that it was damaged during the service I am now being made to feel that I am imagining myself and that this was pre-existing. How can no one know what is wrong with my car after being booked in twice to check it out?

No communication or acknowledgment of this fault.

This is completely unacceptable.
