R5 000 Cash Back Promotion if you buy Kia a Rio

<p>Kia Midrand has given me and my partner a very terrible service. They told us the Kia Rio we were buying was on promotion and that we are gonna get a R5 000 cash back if we buy the car. Once the deal had been concluded they refuse paying the cash back. They used this "promotion" to get us to buy the car and afterwards they sent us from pillar to post and after a month when we complain to the dealer principal he dismisses our claim saying its invalid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Four other clients had the same issue and the dealership refuses to pay us out. This kind of behaviour is ********* and unprofessional. Very, very dissapointed in the way this dealership does business.</p> <p>I would strongly advise anyone NOT to buy a vehicle from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Marcus from Midrand</p>
