Quote on all defects on Kia sportage

My Name is Joepie Knuppe i took my Kia sportage to KIA Middelburg for them to quote me on the following. Check Oil leak in engine, check front noise on wheels and then quote me on all defects + quote me to do a 200 000 kilo service. the lady that helped me is Jacky i give her all my details she told me if my quote is not accepted i need to pay a fee of R800 and my response was no problem. then i went and collect my car just to find out that they serviced my car i then told Jacky am not paying for the service because i asked them just to quote she called the manager that was not available i waited a half and hour for him to arrive and again had to tell him what happened. he then took my car into the workshop again and remove all the service parts and replace with new parts i was sitting there for a hour and a half then i paid for the oil only it was R700. i will never make use of Kia middelburg again.
