Quotation request

On the 01 December 2015 i requested the quotation of Kai optima xenon globe and was told the car does not have a globe, after giving out the Vin number i was it's got a special globe and expensive and ask me if i know how much the headlight cost and i told him I'm not interested about the headlight I only need the globe he said he drove the car first before it was even on the road i can't even afford the headlight is R20.000 I can report to hello peter if I want shouting before slamming the phone .
