Quick to sell but not quick to sort out

<p>I traded in my car and purchased a Kia from The Glen Branch. I provided a settlement letter and advised the sales manager that the amount was valid for 7 days and needed to be settled by 16 January. To date the account has not been settled. Which means the settlement amount has increased and now my debit order for my previous car has gone off (which it was not supposed to do if they had settled). I have spoken to Kia The Glen a few times and they just don't seem to care and I have been running around to get this sorted out. It was supposed to be a seamless process. I am extremely irate and will never use this dealership or refer anyone to this dealership again. Let's see how long it takes for them to settle my car IN FULL!!!! as the amount has changed and my debit order be reversed back to me.</p>
