Purchase Gift

Please assist I bought a car from Kia Umhlanga collected the car last week on the day of collection I was told they was no gifts but on Friday last week I was given a lunch box and a water bottle which it shocked me because I have seen people buying cars they get hampers and staff I feel like being a customer in key was not important and surprised , please advise if this is what all the customers are getting my Name is Nobuhle Mzolo ***.
