Problems with Central Locking

I bought a new Rio 1.4 January last year. About four weeks ago, my central locking was giving me problems. I phoned Kia Mokopane and was told the transmitter was faulty. My car was then taken to the dealer. I was told then that the lock was jammed as a result of someone trying to open it with a tennis ball. The car was released and I was told that the problem was solved. The next morning the same problem occurred. I went back to dealer. Again I was told that someone tried to open my car with a tennis ball. After that I submit a compliant at KIA head office but never received any feed back from them. The same thing happens today when I went into town. On return to my car I was unable to open my car.<br> <br> I did some research on Google and discovered that there is a few customers with similar problems. Even discovered a video on YouTube from a Kia owner with a similar problem. I spoke to one of the technicians at my workplace and he assured me that is nearly impossible for a tennis ball to create enough force to loosen the barrel as they claimed.
