Price Manipulation

On 20 December 2017, we visited the dealership to sell my 2015 model Cerato Koup back to Kia Motors. We were given a buy-back offer of R205000 with a verbally confirmed 30-day waiting period. On 6 January 2018, my son and I went back to deliver the vehicle at the dealership and were told that the offer was incorrectly quoted. The dealership was now only offering R185000 because of delivery in the new year. We were only 15 days into the 30-day waiting period.
