poor service of kia bloemfontein

This is the poorest dealership in the country with poor workmanship. Kia Bloemfontein has been providing me poor services all the time when i take my car for service , this time around my car has been there for 3 weeks and i was promised it will be there for a day.

They promised to illuminate my car to remove rattles now its over 2 weeks they are still not finishing and has created even more rattles. They now want me to go and collect my car without it been fixed. My car is a Kia Optima registration FFN247FS and my name is Mzingisi Nkungwana and my number is ********** 114 this is not the first incident my car stood there for the whole November and December without being serviced . the foreman and the service lady are ******
