POOR SERVICE KIA NORTHCLIFF

My Kia Sportage that is under warranty went in for repairs in December 2015. After 4 1/2 months my vehicle is not yet repaired. I receive very little feedback from the dealership. No regular updates. When I phone to make enquiries about my vehicle there is always a different reason or excuse why the vehicle is not repaired. The service is extremely poor.
