POOR SERVICE FROM KIA ROODEPOORT

I bought a used car a few months ago from KIA Roodepoort. As expected, the sales person was very helpful. He fetched me from work to go pick up my car &after all the papers were signed & i was escorted to my car, he informed me that there were two things that were broken - namely, the water cap was missing & the glove compartment was broken.He then reassured me that they had ordered the items from the supplier (FORD) & would call me back as soon as they receive them. After a month, he had not contacted me regarding these items so i followed up with him - he told me the same story about how they were waiting for the stuff etc etc. and that \he would get back 2me"- he never did.5 months later (after numerous follow ups) i sent an email to him to tell him that this is my last follow up - he then told me that I \""bought a used car\"" so I should expect perfection. I fought back &finally the manager got on board & the stuff was eventually ordered (because he was lying all this time and nothing had been ordered). He then promised that he would deliver it on Monday.Needless to say"
