Poor service from Kia

I bought a brand new Kia Sonet in November 2022 and in October 2025 the gearbox was broken. I took it to Kia Edendale and since day one their service was very poor they will never update you unless you call them and complain that's when they will act as if they are working. Kia took the car to Mayfair gearbox to fix it and the car was there for about two months and I was struggling to get updates and the where about of my car until I pushed them after a month to tell me where is the car and I went to see it and I fount it still not done, and when I complained that's when I was told they are waiting for the parts.

They rented a curtesy car for me at Europcar which was another poor service as they also don't respect their clients.

Now the car is back and I was given nothing in writing as a proof that the car was fixed, I have been waiting for the documents and as usual no communication from Kia. It seems as if they are hiding something as they are not transparent to me. I am absolutely not happy with Kia and I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
