Poor service, constant broken promises, unprofessional

I traded in my Mini Cooper for a Kia Picanto with Kia Wonderwaters. They promised to pay the settlement amount (R162 000) to BMW finance and I paid the balance owing on the Kia to them in cash. From the start the dates of exchange of vehicles has constantly changed so I've duly changed the insurance coverage 3 times. The salesman Neil eventually asked me to bring the Mini through to them in Pretoria North (from Joburg) on 8th Dec to sign paperwork and exchange vehicles. I was supp**** with the paperwork and email address to send the proof of payment for the Kia by Magda the finance lady. I emailed the proof and drove through for my scheduled appointment (made by Neil) for 1pm. When I got to the dealership I was ignored by all the sales staff on the floor but found Magda's office, she then informed me that she would prefer to see me at 2pm as she wanted to go out and buy bread (totally unprofessional). They had not received the proof of payment as the mail address I was provided no longer worked. Magda also berated Neil in front of me that she needed to train him properly (unprofessional). So I could not take the Kia and drove back to Joburg. Neil brought the Kia through the following day and took possession of the Mini. Since then I have been promised on 4 different occasions that BMW finance would be settled... they still have not been, the latest promise is that it will be by monday 19th.. eleven days after documentation was done. When I email Neil and/or Magda for updates they totally ignore me. I have to chase Neil with calls for updates.

As a Mini driver for the past 6 years I am so used to expert customer service.. I dont see why the service should differ when you sell cheaper cars.

It bothers me terribly that I am still in debt to BMW finance for such a huge amount and then promises to settle constantly change. The fact that I took time off work to exchange cars and used my petrol for nothing was irritating enough besides being told that my business wasnt as important as buying bread.

As a client why should I be begging for updates on settling BMW finance? BMW/Mini keeps constant contact with their clients with progress reports.

The settlement amount has since dropped as well so Kia Wonderwaters owes me money which they say will only be given back in 10 days (who knows with all the broken promises so far) and with a cheque. The temporary licence paper expires on 23rd Dec and I'm owed the set of spare keys, I wonder if this will also be a done.

Please can someone in a senior position sort this matter out for me

I am bitterly disappointed in Kia Wonderwaters.
