Poor service by *********** consultant (Kgomotso Phalwane) at Kia Fountains

I recently bought car at Kia Fountains, assisted by Kgomotso Phalwane. Prior to me signing the contract because I was not happy with the vehicle she promised to sell to me, we both agreed that she and Kia will add the spot light as well as indicator mirrors because the car that she presented to me didn’t have them. For the past two weeks I have been trying to call her and she is now avoiding my call and she is saying I should to speak to her manager Morris. Now the car permit has expired and I am trying to contact both Kgomotso and Morris to assist with the car registration and I can’t get hold them. Now I am driving a car with an expired permit. I am so stressed don’t know what to do.

I never enjoyed the new vehicle from day one and I regret buying it from Kia Fountains. Only if I knew they would treat me like this I wouldn’t have signed the contract.
