Poor service at Kia Tokai Multi-franchise

I recently took my vehicle (Kia Picanto 1.2 EX) in for service at the Kia Motors branch in Tokai. They serviced my vehicle but the transparency with regards to which parts were removed, is rather lacking in my humble opinion. I have previously been servicing my vehicle at Somerset West and whenever I collect my vehicle, the parts that were replaced/removed are placed in my car in a plastic bag and an invoice reflecting exactly what was replaced and the prices .

At Tokai, it's mainly a rushed experience, perhaps this may be due to the fact that it is smaller. The other excuse is that they never have parts readily available. I have two separate occasions where I simply had to settle for the Tokai multifranchise, due to desperation to get my vehicle repaired because I use it for work. They replaced a clutch cable, and later the vehicle had difficulty getting into gears. I then had to take the vehicle back to them for "adjustments" and then pay for service again. All of this for a job which should have been done right the first time. I think these people are cutting corners and not really replacing all the parts (filters and such, due to the apparent shortage in parts) and I think they ******** me by not doing the job on my clutch cable the first time around so they can charge me for service again when I return to have the clutch adjusted. Shame on them!!!
