Poor Service at Kia Silverton and Kia Edenvale

The poor service i have received from Kia Silverton and Kia Edenvale i called and requested for a new car sales department and guess what? "There is no one in the sales department"the receptionist decided to even hangup the phone on me due to there is no one around, what kinda service is that? They will request your numbers and not call you back i then requested to speak to the complain department the receptionist decided to hangup the phone on me again due to the manager is not around as well (0_0) the principal is probably not around as well i didnt know that its so difficult to buy a car at Kia
