Poor Service at Kia

<p>I bought a Kia Sportage earlier in the year that was still under warrantee. Love the car .. but within a month the passenger window mechanisms did not work. Took it in to Kia Mokopane and they confirmed that the mechanisms will be fixed under the warrantee. Parts were eligibly on order for a whole month without Kia calling once. We had to do all the follow-ups! Eventually the car was taken in to their workshop and we were informed later in the day that they received the wrong parts! We were promised on the day that the correct parts will be ordered ... its been 3 weeks now without feedback from them. Manager never available .. Absolutely poor service. </p>
