Poor service and Complaints dismissed like nothing

Was assisted by a lady called LEBO who him and his Boss Alfred conviced us to buy a specific Kia 5Dr 2018 model brand new but i had defects, we did raise the issue with the dealer but we were told where to get off and lebo was so rude and her manager Alfred didnt bother to hear our complaint the vehicle wasnt even taken to their workshop for assesment it was only assesed by a cocasian sales man who said that its our fault and we damaged the car but we have pictures that were taken before we took the car our of the dealer which shows the damage but our complain was dismissed

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM KIA MENLYN- THE SERVICE IS A WACK AND TO DATE WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CONTRACT FOR THE CAR
