Poor Service

I purchased a vehicle from Kia Motors Pinetown in January 2015. As I was travelling to Johannesburg the next day and there wouldn't be enough time to do the registration of the car with the traffic department, the salesperson I was dealing with informed me that I should rather go the traffic department myself and register the vehicle since that would be a painless procedure. I didn't have a problem with this since I had to leave KZN that day, I enquired with him whether they would expect me to foot the bill for the registration and was told that I would receive a refund from them as soon as I e-mail the receipts to them. My mother was with me during this conversation and I asked more than once and was assured that I don't have to worry about the refund, they would handle it as soon as I forwarded the receipts to them.<br> <br> It has been 6 months now and I still haven't received my refund, I have been following up with them for months now and am always given the run around. I am really upset because this is a substantial amount of money, more than that one of the gentleman I have been dealing with dropped the phone on me today and has been ignoring my calls. This is not acceptable<br> <br> <br>
