poor service

I bought my car cash at kia welkom and i also took out a full service plan what cost me R16 000 obviously when i bought my car the service was outstanding. When my car had to go for the first service there was many stories one reason why they didnt want to service my car was that the service plan does not include first service but its clearly written it pays for it. Eventually after i had my laywer speak to them they serviced my car but i got my car back with a huge scratch. My job cart states that there was no bumps or scratches when i took my car is not only does the store manager denies that someone bumped my car but accuses me for causing the damage on my car. I totally had it with kia welkom. The service is pathetic and the manager is incompetant They will get my car fixed but what i had to go trough this week was unnecessary and unacceptable. Thumbs up KIA WELKOM YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC
